How we process your return
1. PUPPYH WORLDWIDE MARKETING INC, does not exchange or refund on any item that has been used.
2. You may return a used item, within 30 days from the invoice date. We will refund the purchase price of the goods in your account.
3. If the goods are damaged during shipment, please store the item in a safe place and contact us immediately to file a claim at USPS. Please note that it is very important for you to retain the damaged product in order to file the claim.
4. We will replace a product if defected, or any errors/mistakes made by us through out the shipping process.
